i found the staff very helpful throughout my stay they gave me lots of tips on what to see the location was great it was easy to walk to many places from there the breakfast was good i enjoyed the variety of items they had available the bed was very comfortable it ensured i had restful nights.
the room was a bit dark due to the limited natural light it wasn't a big problem but it is something to note

the hotel is near turia gardens offering a peaceful escape into nature the location provides quick access to bus routes facilitating easy exploration of albufera national park and the beach it is very practical.

The shower flooded leaving a small puddle of water each time. the bathroom floor isn't level, so it's difficult to open the door fully

The staff was friendly. They were helpful and answered all our questions. The location is great, near Jardín del Turia. The breakfast included a nice range of choices.
The shower needs an update. Some areas looked a bit aged. There were no spots to hang clothes in the bathroom.
